10 years in law — reading contracts, managing risk, choosing words with surgical precision. Then I moved into tech and never looked back.

Since then 7+ years in IT & Digital: products shipped across e-commerce, EdTech, AI, ERP, marketing, design and MedTech. The most recent one — built from zero — architecture, payment integrations, UX, a distributed team. Live, with 87%+ user satisfaction.

Troubleshooter by default. I think in business outcomes, not tickets — the room, the people, the money, the risk. Strategy, delivery, stakeholders, conflict, hiring, the awkward conversation nobody wants to have. That's the job.

Automation cases

AI workflows wired into real business operations.

A growing set of Relay.app builds: API integrations, data normalisation, AI categorisation, scheduled reports. Featured case — PayPal → National Bank of Georgia FX API → AI-summarised monthly report, auto-triggered. Configured in one working session, in plain language. The same task had previously resisted implementation in Make and n8n.
